AmUSA based in Nashville, TN USA is a premier manufacturer of Class II medical devices registered with the US FDA. AmUSA began operations in 2005 following the purchase of Baxter Healthcare's pre‐fill flush syringe plant. Our 65,000 Ft2 (6,038 m2) facility houses three state of the art fully automated syringe filling, labeling, inspection and packaging lines, with an annual capacity of over 150 million units. Over a billion latex and DEHP free, flush units have been produced in our facility since inception as we continue to meet our customers needs with flexible, responsive services, ensuring the highest quality standards of our products.

Our ability to accomodate OEM customers coupled with a breadth of fill volume and syringe size combinations, makes us unique in the pre-fill flush arena.
