AIP Medical

Established in 1982 in Lyon France, AIP Medical is specialized in the conception, the development and the manufacturing of sterilization trays and boxes dedicated to the Dental and Orthopedic industries. Thanks to its proven know-how in various polymer shaping technologies (injection molding, thermoforming, boiler-making, machining…) and its skilled R&D team, AIP Medical (ISO 9001:2000 & ISO 13485:2003 certified) can propose to the Dental and Orthopedic implant manufacturers custom-made as well as standard solutions made of both stainless steel and high-tech polymers (PPSU Radel®, PPHP Propylux®, PEI Ultem®, PEEK..) cases. Customization is reinforced by the use of laser or water cut silicone strips, laser etching, pad printing, silk-screening. Capable to develop the layout upon customer’s demand, AIP Medical is paying a special attention to the selection of raw materials – resistance to decontamination agents and steam sterilization cycles, biocompatibility (FDA, USP Class VI)), easy washing – and is always looking for the most ergonomic solution at the most attractive cost.
