ECG (HEART RATE)SHIRT

Continuous 24 hours ECG (heart rate) monitoring is of great help for everyone, for example, patients with high risk of heart diseases, patients under long-term care, and personnel in critical environment like firefighters. However, current technologies failed to give comfort to the persons under ECG (heart rate) monitoring. Besides, ordinary activities cause serious motion artifact that spoils ECG (heart rate) signals; therefore, most persons who need to be monitored refuse to do it. Ming Young Biomedical Corporation developed a novel ECG (heart rate) electrode fully made by ordinary textile material to give comfort to the wearer of ECG (heart rate) shirt. Its patented slide structure makes it keeps closely contact to the wearer's body while walking or running, without sacrificing its comfort. It is washable and durable as well, and looks like an ordinary shirt. Thus, comfort and signal integrity can be realized and hence continuous 24 hours ECG (heart rate) monitoring can be done. By our ECG shirt, the emotion and respiratory rate of the wearer can also be analyzed by heart rate variability and ECG derived respiration tech, respectively.

The wearers are recommended to choose various size of ECG shirt to have suitable tightness for different daily activities to have both comfort and signal quality.

BODY TEMPERATURE SHIRT

One or more temperature sensors are installed in an ordinary shirt to insure that the temperature can be measured accurate without bias. Ming Yang Biomedical has developed novel packaging technology such that the temperature sensor as well as the whole shirt is washable, and it is also comfortable as ordinary shirt does. Thus, the Body temperature sensor can give continuous monitoring without interrupt or annoying the wearer for 24 hours. A detachable control box is connected to the temperature sensor and transmits body temperature to a cell phone or a computer that shows and analyzes the body temperature. An accelerometer and a temperature sensor installed in the control box helps to screen out interference caused by body movement and give more intelligent analysis.

GAIT SHOES AND SOCKS

Two pressure sensors are installed in one shoe/sock so that the pressures between foot and shoe can be detected. The pressure signals are conducted to a control box and then turned into gait signals and transmitted to a cell phone or computer. Together with the accelerometer in the control box, not only the gait but also the activities of the wearer can be recorded and analyzed. The pressure sensor can be in the form of textile capacitive sensor, or a push-button switch with resistors or capacitors. All the components are textile so that the sensor is comfortable and washable. It can give non-stop monitoring without annoying the wearer.

Ltd has launched a series of avant-garde wearable textiles sensor used for measuring medical signals such as ECG, respiratory ratio, body temperature, sweatiness, gait, heart sound, as well as SPO2.etc..
The sensors are connected to the compact control boxes, transmitting the signals to smart phone, tablet or personal computer via Bluetooth. An accelerometer is also installed in the control box to help counteract motion artifact and make the textile sensor more intelligent.
The sensor is washable and as comfortable as usual clothes. Thus, physiological signals can be transmitted to a remote information center that gives value-added services, such as home care, personal health management, sleep quality analysis, electronic game, entertainment, etc. By the advanced technologies that have been applied to health care, Ming Young Biomedical Corporation also launches Jessie Flashy Lingerie that can flash in response with sound, or vibration.
