Evaluation Kits

The pump evaluation kits are designed to control up to 4 pumps at once with a plug & play approach.

You can order evaluation kits that can either control 2 or 4 CPP‑1 pumps at once. They are operated via USB to a computer running Windows 10.

The evaluation kits come with OpenSource firmware and the frontend software “JT Pump Driver”. You can download them from:

SFS01 Eval Module

Easy evaluation of the Calorimetric Flow Sensor SFS01

For ultra fast gas flow measurement with flow direction detection. It has both analog and digital output (I2C) and allows a fast and flexible evaluation of the SFS01 sensor. The I2C output includes both raw values and calibrated flow values from 0 to +- 200 sccm.

Sensor for liquid flow - OOL Flow Module

The IST AG Out of Liquid flow sensor utilizes the reliable and proven thermal mass flow measuring principle and is specially developed for flow applications with aggressive liquid media. The sensor provides the flexibility of easy adaption in an application and at a lower cost. Measuring flow directly in a liquid channel has proven a difficult task without dramatically shortening the lifetime and damaging the sensor. The Out of Liquid flow sensor offers the possibility to create no-flow / flow switches. It also offers the possibility of an extremely accurate measurement. A heater and a temperature sensor chip, both with backside metallization, are soldered on the stainless steel flow channel providing an excellent thermal contact with the liquid without being in direct contact with it, meaning even aggressive liquids can be measured easily with this sensor.

Further advantages of the Out of Liquid flow sensor include:
- High chemical resistance
- No contact between sensor and liquid
- Simple flow switches possible

The IST AG Out of Liquid flow sensors are optimal for measuring liquid flow in aggressive liquids.

LFS1305 - Conductivity Sensor

For various conductivity measurement applications

The IST AG LFS1305 conductivity sensor offers a typical cell constant of 0.86 cm-1 and a conductivity measuring range from 100 μS/cm to 200 mS/cm within an operating temperature range of -30 °C to +100 °C. However, it easily withstands temperatures over 130 °C enabling processes like sterilization by autoclaving.

HYT 939 - Humidity Sensor

Mechanically robust and with a chemical and condensed waterproof sensing area, the digital IST AG HYT 939 humidity module excels with the special robust construction withstanding peak loading at high temperatures. The sensor is also ideal for high pressure applications and is also offered with a pressure tight packaging. Precisely calibrated, the HYT 939 delivers an accuracy of ±1.8 % RH and ±0.2 °C and combines the advantages of a precise, capacitive polymer humidity sensor with the high integration density and functionality of an ASIC.

TSic 716 - Temperature Sensor IC

For a fully calibrated and extremely accurate low power temperature measurement

The TSic 716 Series of temperature sensor ICs is specifically designed as a low-power solution for temperature measurement in building automation, industrial and mobile applications. The TSic provides a simple temperature measurement and achieves outstanding accuracy combined with long term stability. With a standard calibration and an accuracy of ±0.07 K in a range of 20 K (e.g. +25 °C to +45 °C), the TSic sensors are more accurate than a class F0.1 (IEC 60751) platinum sensor in the range of 20 K. The range can be shifted up or downwards.

The characteristics of the TSic 716 sensor at a glance:
- Easy to integrate (digital output signal)
- Accuracy range of 20 K can be shifted (default: +25 °C to +45 °C)

Pt100 - Platinum sensor with wires

For low temperatures

The IST AG 200 °C Pt Temperature Sensor Series offers an excellent long-term stability and fast response time with low self-heating within a temperature range of -50 °C to +200 °C. The sensors are offered in various standard lengths with Cu/Ag- single or stranded wire with PTFE -insulation. The directly welded wires offer an outstanding robustness and are optimal for connector assemblies or for soldering, welding and crimping. Additionally, the 200 °C Pt temperature sensors are also available with Ag-wire (Ø 0.25 mm) and metallized backside.

Furthermore, the 200 °C Pt Temperature Sensor Series can be customized to fit application-specific requirements e.g. different insulation materials or lead wire diameters.

The IST AG Pt temperature sensors up to 200 °C are also available with:
- Metallized backside 
- Wire lengths fitted to application-specific wire lengths
- Ends stripped to optimize welding processes
- 2-, 3- and 4-wire configuration
