Crocodile 5-in-one ELISA miniWorkstation


Running your ELISA assays without automation requires an hour or more of attention, making it difficult to schedule other important activities while processing your assay. Crocodile 5-in-One provides the same functionality as five individual instruments in a footprint equivalent to a standalone reader. Using the Crocodile reduces assay times by eliminating the need to move plates between the dispenser, washer, incubator, shaker, and reader. Sirius 2 Tube Luminometer


The Sirius 2 is a compact and highly sensitive tube luminometer. The system integrates a touch screen computer that allows stand-alone operation as well as intuitive operation. It can be equipped with up to 2 injectors for high assay flexibility. The system is based on the platform of the successful Sirius L and features high sensitivity, quick-start functions and great flexibility in sample format selection. It supports all common luminescence technologies (flash and glow assays).

Results you can trust: Sirius 2 detects less than 0.5 zmol Firefly Luciferase (1 amol ATP/tube). Light capture is maximized by the proximity of the sample to the detector and the use of optimized light reflectors surrounding the sample vessel
